It is not your soap. It is the water.

Almost nobody thinks about the water. Yet around eighty litres of it run over you in the shower every day, against a litre and a half you drink.

Hana does not treat skin conditions and does not soften water. It reduces chlorine in the stream and adds scent and vitamin C.

Three things at once
Filtration
Sediment and chlorine are what give shower water that swimming pool smell, and what dries out skin and hair the most. The filter reduces them before the water reaches you.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C beads dissolve into the stream while you shower. Vitamin C is a well known skincare ingredient, and here it arrives through the water with no extra step in your routine.
Scent
This is the part you notice immediately. Scent beads dissolve in the water and the scent stays on your skin and in the bathroom long after the shower. Eight scents, and you change it whenever you like.

Fitting takes under a minute

Unscrew the shower head
Separate the head from the hose. It comes off by hand, no spanner.

Fit the Hana filter
Screw the filter onto the hose, then the shower head onto the filter.

Run the water for 10 seconds
The first run activates the scent beads. That is all.
The filter comes set up for a bath mixer tap. If you are fitting it to a handheld shower, the cartridge inside the housing turns the other way round. The instructions in the box show this with a picture.

The filter needs pressure between 0.1 and 0.5 MPa and a flow of 8 to 12 litres per minute. That is what the great majority of flats have, though top floors can run weaker.

Frequently asked questions
How long does one filter last?
One to three months, depending on your water quality and how often you shower. With daily use, around two months on average. That is why the three pack is the most popular choice: it covers roughly three months.
What does the filter actually do?
It has four layers. 5 micron PP cotton catches sediment, scent beads release the fragrance, vitamin C beads dissolve into the stream, and a ceramic layer reduces chlorine. It does not soften water and it does not remove limescale.
Does it remove limescale?
No. The filter reduces chlorine and catches sediment, but it does not change water hardness. If limescale builds up in your shower enclosure, it will keep doing so. We tell you that up front so you are not disappointed.
How strong is the scent?
You notice all of them, but differently. Pure Balance is the softest, Citrus and Confidence are the strongest. Every scent shows its strength, from one dot to three.
How long does the scent last?
You notice it on your skin right after the shower and it lingers, and it stays in the bathroom considerably longer. It is not a perfume and it does not replace one.
Can I change scent?
Yes. Every time you replace the filter you can pick a different scent. That is why many people take the three pack with three different scents.
Will it fit my shower?
It fits a handheld shower on a hose and a bath mixer tap, which covers most bathrooms in Serbia. If you are not sure, send us a photo of your shower and we will answer the same day.
Do I need a plumber?
No. Unscrew the shower head, screw on the filter, done. It takes under a minute and needs no tools.
Will it reduce my water pressure?
At normal household pressure, between 0.1 and 0.5 MPa, the difference is practically unnoticeable. If your pressure is already weak, on a top floor for example, the filter will not fix that.
What do I get in the box?
The Hana filter, rubber seals and fitting instructions. The filter is the complete product. There is no separate device to buy.
How do I pay?
Cash to the courier when your parcel arrives, or by card online. Your choice.
How long does delivery take?

How much does delivery cost?
