As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the consumer protection law of the Republic of Serbia.

Complaints

If a product arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us and we will resolve it. The statutory deadline to respond to a complaint is 8 days.
