About this site

Hana is a shower filter that reduces chlorine, catches sediment, carries vitamin C and releases a scent. The site currently shows the product and collects waitlist contacts.

All prices are in Serbian dinars. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of order.

What the product does and does not do

• Reduces chlorine in the stream and catches sediment and particles.
• Does not soften water and does not remove limescale.
• Is not a medical device and does not treat skin conditions.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this site you accept these Terms of use, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the delivery and returns terms. When you place an order you also confirm this explicitly, by ticking a box before the order is submitted. If you do not agree, please do not use the site and do not order.

Safe use

• The filter is for showering only, with cold or hot mains water.
• The scents are light, but every skin reacts differently. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, test on a small area first.
• If redness, itching or any irritation appears, stop using it immediately.
• Keep out of reach of children. Not for drinking and not for preparing drinking water.
• Screw the filter onto the handheld shower correctly. Incorrect fitting can cause leaks.

Results

The effect on skin and hair differs from person to person and depends on water quality, showering habits and the skin itself. We do not promise a specific result and we do not give medical advice. For a skin condition, see a doctor.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or damage arising from incorrect fitting, use contrary to the instructions, use with water that does not come from the public mains, or continued use after irritation appears.

For any other liability the law permits to be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing here excludes or reduces your statutory consumer rights, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability for goods not conforming to the contract, or product liability. Those rights always apply and cannot be contracted away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall to the competent court in Belgrade, while as a consumer you keep the right to bring a claim at your place of residence and to use out of court consumer dispute resolution.
