You know that feeling when you step out of the bathroom and your skin tightens before you even reach the towel? Then lotion. Then another lotion. Then a new shampoo, because your hair tangles and has no shine.
If that sounds familiar, you have probably changed three products already. And you have probably concluded it is your skin. It is not. Nor the soap, nor the gel. All of that goes ON the skin. What tightens it comes BEFORE, out of the shower.
About eighty litres of water run through your shower every day. A litre and a half runs through your glass. Serbia has argued about drinking water for twenty years. Nobody talks about the water we shower in. It is the same water, only far more of it.
What that water does to skin
City water is chlorinated, and that is fine, chlorine is there to make it safe to drink. The trouble is that chlorine does not know the difference between a glass and a shower. On skin it strips the natural layer of oil that keeps it soft, so skin comes out of the shower dry and tight. On hair it does the same, which is why it tangles and loses its shine. Along with the chlorine come fine particles and sediment, the ones you see at the bottom of the jug.
That is why lotion only helps until the next shower. It puts back what the water took, and tomorrow the water takes it again. You go round in circles and blame the products.
What Hana is
Hana is a filter that screws in between the hose and the shower handle. No tools, no plumber, under a minute. The water passes four layers: PP cotton that holds back sediment, ceramic beads that reduce chlorine, vitamin C beads that dissolve into the stream, and scent beads that melt in warm water and release the fragrance.
That last part is what you notice the same evening. The scent stays on your skin and in the bathroom long after you leave, and you did not put on any perfume. Eight scents, from citrus for the morning to lavender for the evening, and you change it whenever you like.

The scent beads melt in warm water, so the scent goes where the water goes: onto skin, into hair, through the whole room. It is not a perfume and does not replace one, but the bathroom smells for hours.

The ceramic layer reduces chlorine in the stream before the water reaches you. Less chlorine means less of the stripping that tightens skin and tangles hair.

Vitamin C through the water
Vitamin C is a known skin care ingredient, and it usually comes in a serum, on the face, as a separate step. Here it arrives through the water, over the whole body, with no extra step in your routine.

Screws on in a minute
Unscrew the shower handle, screw Hana onto the hose, the handle onto Hana. By hand, no spanner. The first ten seconds of water activate the scent beads, and that is the whole installation.

Three things you rarely see in an advert
We do not invent numbers
Nowhere on this page will you see a percentage of chlorine removed, because we do not yet have an independent laboratory test of this exact cartridge. When we do, we will publish it with the name of the laboratory and the date, whatever it says.
We say what Hana does not do
Hana does not soften water and does not remove limescale from the shower cabin. It does not treat skin conditions. It reduces chlorine in the stream, holds back sediment, adds scent and vitamin C. That is all, and it is enough.

The three pack, because a filter lasts 1 to 3 months
One filter lasts one to three months, depending on the water and how often you shower. That is why the three pack makes the most sense: it covers roughly a whole quarter, arrives in one parcel, delivery is free, and you do not have to think about it again for three months. It comes to about 25 dinars a day.
Will I really feel a difference?
You smell the scent the same evening, on your skin and in the bathroom. Tight skin and dry hair change gradually, because there is less chlorine on your skin every day. If you feel nothing worth keeping, you have 14 days to return it.
Does it fit my shower?
It fits a handheld shower on a hose and a bath mixer, which is most bathrooms in Serbia. If you are not sure, send us a photo of your shower and we answer the same day.
Does it weaken the water pressure?
At normal household pressure the difference is practically unnoticeable. If your pressure is already weak, on a top floor for example, the filter will not fix it.
Limescale still builds up on my cabin?
Yes, and it will. Hana does not soften water and does not remove limescale. We say so up front, so you are not disappointed.
Is vitamin C in a shower not just a gimmick?
Vitamin C is an extra here, not the main reason. The main work is done by the ceramic layer against chlorine, the PP cotton against sediment, and the scent you notice at once.
How do I pay and how long is delivery?
Cash on delivery, to the courier at the door. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days anywhere in Serbia, and is free for the three pack. The courier calls before arriving.
